We operate in Sheffield, Rotherham, Chesterfield, and Doncaster, South Yorkshire. We also have 1 amazing property in the south of Wales.

Direct bookings come with up to 12.5% discounts, better pricing, and personalised customer service. Bespoke long-term deals & complimentary late check-out or early arrival.

What is your cancellation policy?

We don’t take payment until 5 days before your arrival, this is also your FREE cancellation cut off. Really simple, give us 5 days notice and cancel for FREE.

Do I need to pay a security deposit?

We do not take a deposit to secure your booking but a £75 damage deposit is required three days before arrival. This is just a PRE-AUTHORISATION and It is fully refundable after your stay if there are no damages.

What amenities are included in your properties?

All properties are fully furnished and include ultra-fast WiFi, Smart TVs with Netflix, bedding, linen, towels, bathroom amenities, and pet-friendly options, we can proudly say that 95% of our portfolio comes with FREE parking also.

Are your properties pet-friendly?

Yes, many of our properties are pet-friendly. Please let us know in advance if you're bringing a pet.

There is a small Pet Fee of £25.00

Do you offer parking?

Yes, 95% of our properties include free parking. Please check the specific property details during booking.

What is the check-in and check-out process?

Check-in is fully automated, and you’ll receive instructions 48 hours before arrival in your very own online portal. Standard Check-in time is 4pm but we do have early check-in add-ons available.

Check-out is by 11 am to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guest. Again, we do have late check-out options available.

Do you cater to business travellers and contractors?

Absolutely! Our properties are specifically designed to provide a comfortable, home-like experience with work-friendly spaces and flexible stays. We have a variety of larger 3, 4 & 5 bed properties to cater to a team of contractors working in the city.

Do you offer long-term rental options?

Yes, we provide both short-term and long-term rental solutions. We even offer 20% discount to stays that are longer than 28 nights and a 10% discount to stays that are longer than 7 nights.

Are your prices really lower than Airbnb and Booking.com?

Yes, we guarantee lower prices when you book directly through our website. You will not find our properties priced lower anywhere else.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and online payment options. Corporate travellers wishing to pay by BACS is also an option.
