✅ Self-check in Guest Portal Access

Our property is self check-in. To assist you with your arrival and check-in, we'll send you a URL link to our Guest Portal immediately after your booking for you to complete your online-check-in. You can then use our Guest Portal to find out useful information about the property, check-in instructions, WIFI & parking info, as well as early arrival and late departure add-ons.

✅ Online Check-in

All guests are asked to complete a short online check-in prior to receiving access to the property. You will also be asked to read and sign our rental agreement, submit a copy of your ID and submit a refundable security deposit of £75 for any damages.

✅ Availability & Check-in

You can arrive at your leisure from 4pm onwards. Self-check-in is available for all guests and we'll unlock your access to the lockbox codes on the morning of your arrival onto you Guest Portal.

✅ What's Provided

Your property comes equipped with fresh bedding, fresh towels, tea, coffee, sugar.

Body wash & shampoo. SMART TV loaded with streaming apps such as BBC I-Player, ITVX & FREE Netflix.

✅ Dogs & Families

We are a family and dog friendly environment, although there is a small fee of £25 per dog per stay. Please ensure you select the number of dogs travelling with you when making your booking.

Under no circumstances are dogs to be left un-attended in the property, nor are they to be allowed on the furniture or beds.

A travel cot can be added for families that require one, a small fee of £20 per stay.

✅ Parking

We have free parking available on our private driveway for 2 vehicles if parked tight together. There is additional and FREE on-street parking on the street for additional vehicles.

✅Early Check-ins & Late Check-out

We cannot always guarantee an early check-in or a late check-out on the day, but we do have the option to pre-book these as an add-on for just £30.

(add-ons can be added via your Guest Portal which you will receive access to once your booking is complete)

Guest access

Full Exclusive Access to the entirety of the property for your own private use. There are no shared spaces with other guests or neighbours.

Other things to note

Please note, we require all of our guests to complete on online check-in prior to their arrival where we ask for an upload of their ID, E-Signature of our rental agreement as well as a FULLY REFUNDABLE damage deposit of £75.00.

✅Refundable Security/Damage Deposit

Guests are required to pre-authorise a security deposit of £75 via a credit or debit card 72 hours before check-in. This pre-authorisation will be managed using the Guest Portal that will be sent to you immediately after booking. It will be automatically be returned to you within 72 hours after checkout.

🤷‍♂️Why do we hold a Security Deposit?

Unfortunately, we have been victims of large scale theft in the past. As a result, we are now required by our insurers to hold security deposits with guests. Don't worry, the reasonable and normal use of the property will not result in any additional charges.

🤷‍♂️What is the Security Deposit used for?

Excessive mess and/or damage to the property, beyond reasonable and accidental wear & tear.

Unpaid extra guests, unpaid dog fees, unexpected additional cleaning (including, but not limited to bodily fluids & heavily stained bedding) and the extremely unlikely event of deliberate property damage or theft.

We also do not and will not tolerate any aggressive behaviour towards any of our neighbours and/or staff. Smoking of any kind inside the property, the use of drugs, inside or outside of the property and excessive volumes of music and/or loud noises that may upset or disturb our neighbours.
