



Stay Host Save does not accept responsibility for any personal property left behind or lost during a guest’s stay.
Guests are advised to ensure all belongings are collected prior to departure. Any items reported as lost must be brought to our attention within 72 hours of check-out by submitting a claim via the official lost property form.
Lost property that is found will be retained at our head office in Sheffield for collection or can be posted to a specified address at the guest’s request. All postage fees and associated costs must be paid in full before items are dispatched.
Reporting Lost Property
Guests must notify Stay Host Save of any lost items within 72 hours of departure by completing the lost property form (link below)
Investigation & Retrieval
Upon receipt of a lost property report, our team will conduct a thorough search of the relevant property - If the item is located, the guest will be contacted using the details provided in the form.
Collection or Return
Located items will be securely stored at our head office: Sheffield, S8.
Guests may collect the item in person by prior arrangement or request postage to a nominated address.
All postage and handling fees must be settled in advance before dispatch.
Items not claimed or arranged for collection/postage within 30 days may be disposed of at the discretion of Stay Host Save.
